At Mr Christmas, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 3-month warranty on all our Christmas trees, effective from the date of purchase.

What is covered under the warranty?

Our 12-month warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including:

• Tree structure and branch integrity
• LED lights and electrical components
• Tree stands and bases
• Other manufacturing defects

What is not covered under the warranty?

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidental damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper assembly or disassembly
• Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures or weather conditions
• Modifications or alterations made to the tree
